Note: Not all information for this procedure were successfully computed. Please consult linked documents for more details.
The provision of public procurement services shall mean the performance of the following tasks: - regular monthly maintenance of the existing AIPS system and new implemented solutions from this public procurement, - development of new IT solutions for integration into the existing AIPS system (to an estimated extent of 3,000 hours/year or to a total extent of 15,000 hours). The contract is concluded for a period of five (5) years from the date of application. The estimated volume of 15,000 hours is indicative in nature. The client reserves the right to order the development of new IT solutions for integration into the existing AIPS system according to actual needs and reserves the right not to use the full number of estimated hours for the development of this system. An additional description of the subject-matter of the contract can be found in the following annexes: - Annex 1: Description of the AIPS information system. - Annex 2: Response times, - Annex 3: Model protocol for the provision of services. A more detailed contract specification can be found in the technical specifications. The client has expertise in the field of student information systems and carries out part of the development. Due to the lack of human resources, additional professional assistance is sought (expert level is required) in the form of the above-mentioned public procurement services.
