‘Implementation of external technical assistance to assist the municipality of Vidin in the implementation and management of the project ‘Rehabilitation and extension of water supply and sewerage systems in Vidin, Bulgaria’. External technical assistance for project organisation and management. In order to ensure the high quality of the organisation of the team’s work, it is planned to recruit an external consultant to guide the team in decision-making, to participate in monthly meetings, to monitor and support compliance with all the specific requirements of the operational programme, visualisation rules and other critical areas where the team members are not sufficiently experienced. The consultant will be selected through a GPP procedure. The external consultant shall complement the duties of the Team Leader. The aim of the former is to support the work of the second with expert decisions. Due to the specificity of the different types of activities, the recruitment of an external consultant is more than necessary for the specific project.
