Thirteen Housing Group (THG) are looking to procure a framework for the delivery of building cleaning services Thirteen Housing Group (THG) are looking to procure a framework for the delivery of building cleaning services for 2 years with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12 months subject to performance and funding. This framework is to support THG’s ‘in-house team and wider teams with the delivery of cleaning services across THGs client base. The tender will consist of 2 lots, Lot 1 will consist of 4 zones and Lot 2 will consist of a maximum of 3 contractors to deliver the services.
