Preventief onderhoud valt buiten scope van de opdracht, er wordt enkel onderhoud uitgevraagd als er een storing plaatsvindt.
Full concept evenementenorganisatie valt buiten de scope van deze aanbesteding. Onder full concept evenementenorganisatie wordt verstaan: van concept tot organisatie en realisatie van een event, inclusief AV faciliteiten en bijbehorende zaken. Het staat Opdrachtgever vrij om ten aanzien van full concept evenementenorganisatie de markt te benaderen en/of een aparte aanbestedingsprocedure te volgen.
