Zawarcie umowy ramowej w celu świadczenia usługi zorganizowania i przeprowadzenia kursów języka polskiego jako obcego dla uczestników projektu „Mazowsze dla Ukrainy”. Uczestnikami projektu są osoby przybywające z Ukrainy w związku z trwającym konfliktem zbrojnym na terenie Ukrainy w rozumieniu Ustawy z dnia 12 marca 2022 r. o pomocy obywatelom Ukrainy w związku z konfliktem zbrojnym na terytorium tego państwa (Dz.U. poz. 583 z poźn.zm).
