Description

The purpose of this contract notice is to conclude a renewable electricity purchase contract for the generation and delivery of 100 GWh/year (+/- 10%) of renewable electricity for RATP. The tranche contract has a maximum duration of 16 years, including one or more additional types, i.e. either new or resulting from a brownfield or greenfield repowering process, with no recourse located in France. Maximum intermittency limitation and availability rate above 95% (excluding known preventive maintenance). Through this contract, the buyer wishes to obtain 100 GWh/year of renewable electricity (+/- 10%). The integration of all the subsidiaries RATP CAP ILE DE FRANCE and RATP DEV and the scope they represent does not alter the planned volumes carried by the RATP group. The tender will take the form of a fixed price plus a clear and precise indexation formula.
