3.1. The subject-matter of the contract is the supply of equipment to the teaching building of the Historical Faculty of Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań. The contract was divided into 3 lots.
1. Supply with installation of equipment to the Institute of Cultural Ethnology and Anthropology
2. Supply with installation of equipment to the Prahistoria Institute
3. Delivery and installation of equipment to the Eastern Institute
The contracting authority shall allow partial tenders to be submitted, part of which consists of:

3.2. The contracting authority shall lay down minimum conditions for guarantees and servicing. The contractor will provide a minimum of 36 monthly guarantees for the proposed subject-matter of the contract, a waiting time to proceed to remedy the damage up to 72 hours from the time of notification on working days, remedying the damage up to 14 working days after replying to the notification and replacing the furniture/equipment/chair with the new furniture/equipment/chair after 3 warranty repairs. The guarantee for the entire subject of the contract shall begin on the day following the date of receipt of the furniture.
3.3. Any indication of the name of the products and their manufacturers is intended only to approximate requirements which could not be described with sufficiently precise and comprehensible terms.
3.4. The contractor may propose a range equivalent to that specified in the description of the subject-matter of the contract, which must satisfy the condition that it is a minimum of the same class or with the same parameters as the Contracting Authority expects, i.e. the equivalent product must meet the technical and operational requirements described by the Contracting Authority in the tender specifications or which exceed them.
3.5. The contractor in the price form (Annex 2 to the ToR) in the last column: The manufacturer/catalogue number will indicate the name of the manufacturer, the full name and symbol of the product, the catalogue number of the furniture/chair/fat which it will value and which will be supplied and attach to the tender:
— catalogues or photographs of the furniture proposed, clearly indicating the furniture to which the description relates
— catalogue cards, technical description of the furniture (functional characteristics, ergonomic characteristics, materials used, technical characteristics of these materials, method of finishing of the surface) with a clear indication of the furniture to which the description relates.
The furniture catalogue card is a minimum of one, separate catalogue (minimum A4), and must include the name of the furniture or furniture system used, the name of the furniture manufacturer, a drawing or photograph of the proposed furniture (a photo size allowing details to be seen), dimensions and technical details of the furniture to verify that the proposed furniture meets the requirements set by the Contracting Party in the ToR.
On the basis of the description attached to the tender, the Contracting Authority establishes that the models offered correspond to the description of the subject-matter of the contract as set out in the specifications.
3.6. The contractor will attach certificates to the tender, in accordance with the detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract set out in the technical specifications (Annex A to the ToR). The certificates are to be issued by an independent body authorised to issue such certificates.
3.7. The Contractor shall provide, together with his tender, a presentation in the form of assembled furniture and chairs in accordance with the provisions of Chapter. 10.15(7). The above-mentioned furniture is required to be constructed in accordance with the description of the subject-matter of the contract and in such a way that the Contracting Authority can carry out the technical assessment according to the ToR in Chapter. 13.5 parameters. The above-mentioned furniture is not required to be made in the colour slabs, supports and upholstery indicated in the description of the subject-matter of the contract. In accordance with Article 97(2) of the Public Procurement Act, at the end of the procedure, the Contracting Authority will return the above-mentioned furniture to contractors whose tenders are not selected at their request. Furniture supplied by the successful tenderer may be used by the contractor to carry out the task or returned on request at the end of the procedure.
3.8. The contracting authority shall allow a tolerance of ± 5 % of dimensions, unless a different tolerance is given in the description.
3.9. Before carrying out the works, the contractor must check the actual dimensions of the premises and the existing installation equipment and, if necessary, adapt the furniture ranges. If there is a discrepancy between the design design and the existing state, the contracting authority must be informed.
3.10. Before performing the order – after the contract has been signed – the supplier will measure by nature, agree with the user the colour of veneer/tapes – provide upholstery/stelage samples, based on the supplier’s tender/catalogue of colours in the individual premises.
3.11. During the implementation phase, it should be possible to verify the furniture supplied and, if a non-conformity is found, all delivery may be suspended, together with an order for immediate replacement at the Contractor’s expense and liability.
3.12. The contractor will deliver and install the subject of the contract at its own expense and risk to the Historical Division building, ul. Umultowska 89d in Poznań.
3.13. The items delivered must be new, i.e. not in use prior to the date of delivery and not shown at conferences and fairs or similarly used.
3.14. The Contractor shall:
— security features of any building/premises likely to be destroyed during the assembly works. In the event of damage, the supplier shall at his own expense replace the damaged items,
— checking and adapting the assembly elements of the furniture (pipes, anchors) to the structure of the building.
3.15. The furniture listed in these specifications is a model according to which the contracting authority expects delivery. If the contractor proposes furniture equivalent to that assumed, it shall be:

3.16. Lots may not be shared by the Contractors, tenders which do not include a valuation of the full extent of the subject-matter of the contract specified in the partial task will be rejected.
