Le présent projet comprend : - La construction d’un nouveau bâtiment « Nei Rehaklinik » (appelé bâtiment 81) d’environ 30.000 m2 brutes y compris travaux préliminaires tel que démolition de bâtiments existants, construction d’un tunnel, dévation réseaux, abatage d’arbres. - La construction d’un bâtiment « transformateur » (bâtiment 89) y compris groupe électrogène provisoire - La transformation des bâtiments 17+31 y compris la construction d’une extension pour chacun de ces deux bâtiments d’une surface totale brute d’environ 1.600 m2. - La mise en conformité du bâtiment existant Lannenhaff (bâtiment 24), occupé par des patients, y compris remplacement des portes et fenêtres.
