Public invitation to tender for the sale of 736 633 shares – with a nominal value of EUR 2,06 – corresponding to 5.262 % of the capital of Centrale del latte d’Italia S.p.A., owned by the Municipality of Pistoia. The shares constitute the total shareholding of the Municipality of Pistoia. The auction base value is therefore EUR 3 565 303,72 (or EUR 4,84 per action for 736 633 shares). Tenders shall not be admissible, failing which the tenderer will be excluded, by comparison with the basic amount of the tender, but only equal or increased. Partial tenders shall not be accepted, even in the case of the submission of a joint tender, or tenders which are unconditional or expressed in an indeterminate or incomplete manner.
