Description

1. The subject of the contract is: ‘Delivery of a heavy rescue fire-fighting vehicle with a 4x4 propulsion system for OSP Huta Stara A. 2. A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is contained in Annex 1a to the FTZ (Technical and operational description). 3. For the specified device, the specified parameters are minimum values, equipment with better parameters, higher than specified, meets the requirements specified by the Ordering Party. The device should comply with all the provisions regarding the right of release for use in Poland and have appropriate documents confirming compliance with all the necessary standards and guidelines that should be met by the above-mentioned equipment before it is released for use. It is an annex to the SWZ - OPZ
