Description

Der Auftraggeber, die das Stadtwerk Regensburg GmbH, plant die Umnutzung der ehemaligen Getreidelagerhallen im Auweg in Regensburg in ein sogenanntes Kreativareal. Die Nutzung des Kreativareals ist vielfältig geplant und speziell für die Bedürfnisse der Kreativwirtschaft der Stadt Regensburg zugeschnitten. Im Detail werden Flächen für Handwerksbetriebe, Co-Working, Büroflächen sowie wie ein Veranstaltungsbereich mit Gastronomie umgesetzt. Dieses Gewerk beinhaltet die Baumeisterarbeiten im Kopfbau, insbesondere dort anfallende Ortbeton- und KS-Mauerwerksarbeiten.
