UCLL University of Applied Sciences offers 20 graduates, 22 professional bachelor's programmes and 9 bachelor-after-bachelor programmes and 50 postgraduates on 8 campuses in Limburg and Flemish Brabant. With 18,000 students and 1,800 employees, UCLL is one of the largest institutions of higher education in Flanders. UCLL is active in the areas of teacher education, management, technology, health and well-being and combines its teaching assignment with practice-oriented research and services. The university of applied sciences is committed to personal guidance of its students. Its broad educational network guarantees a place for everyone’s talent and its diplomas are strong on the labour market. Bringing people and ideas into motion by giving space to innovative thinking and collaboration, that is the vision of the university of applied sciences, that is moving minds. The name shows the international ambition: UCLL, fully University Colleges Leuven-Limburg, wants to offer solid courses, oriented towards quality and with an outward-looking view, on the Euregio and beyond. UCLL belongs to the KU Leuven Association. More info at www.ucll.be. This is a framework agreement for the maintenance of the green spaces around and possibly in the buildings of UCLL. The purpose of these specifications is to guarantee high-quality and sustainable green maintenance within UCLL. Green facilities play an essential role in the quality of life, biodiversity and aesthetics of our student environment. Maintenance must be carried out with respect for the natural environment and according to ecological principles. The contractor must carry out the maintenance work in accordance with the applicable standards and guidelines. In addition to quality and sustainability, efficient implementation is important. The contractor is expected to work efficiently, control costs and propose possible improvements in the maintenance process. Since changes to the destinations of the campuses may occur in the course of the following years, the tenderer cannot obtain compensation if a campus is closed. If a new campus is opened, it is covered by the framework agreement and the unit prices as set out for the other lots in Annex C (Excel) apply.
