Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: dostawa i wdrożenie Zintegrowanego Systemu Informatycznego (ZSI) obejmujące:
1. Dostawę oraz wdrożenie ZSI.
2. Dostawę oraz uruchomienie sprzętu informatycznego na potrzeby wdrożenia ZSI.
3. Przeniesienie danych z systemów Zamawiającego do ZSI.
4. Integrację z systemem Zamawiającego realizującym zarzadzanie incydentami oraz sprzętem i licencjami IT.
5. Integrację z Acive Directory Zamawiającego.
6. Integrację z systemem RCP Zamawiającego
7. Przeszkolenie personelu Zamawiającego.
8. Świadczenie usług gwarancyjnych i serwisowych dla wdrożonego systemu.
Oferowany ZSI musi być systemem w pełni zintegrowanym, pracującym w oparciu o jeden motor bazy danych obejmujący następujące zakresy funkcjonalne:
Finanse i rachunkowość
Ewidencja środków trwałych,
Kadry
Płace i umowy cywilnoprawne
Budżetowanie
Controling
Elektroniczny obieg dokumentów (wiarygodny, rozliczany i niezaprzeczalny system obiegu dokumentów z wykorzystaniem podpisu elektronicznego zapewniający zgodność obiegu dokumentów z obowiązującym w Polsce prawodawstwem w tym zakresie)
