The target of the acquisition is the acquisition of a social media management platform for the City of Vantaa. The acquisition includes the implementation, training and use of the social media management platform, related licenses and maintenance services as a SaaS (Software as a Service) service. The procurement seeks one (1) Supplier with overall responsibility to deliver the overall solution as a cloud service (SaaS) in accordance with the requirements and schedule set out in the invitation to tender and its appendices, so that the service is fully approved for use two (2) months after the signature of the contract. The main contract is valid until further notice. The Subscriber may terminate the Main Contract at the earliest one (1) year after its entry into force.
