la présente consultation a pour objet la passation d'un marché forfaitaire portant sur la réalisation de prestations d'assistance à maîtrise d'ouvrage pour l'étude et la définition des différentes hypothèses d'intervention de l'association Foncière Logement (Afl) sur l'emprise Uc5 du quartier Parilly Sud de la commune de Bron (69).
