Description

Przedmiotem zamówienia jest świadczenie specjalistycznych usług opiekuńczych dla dorosłych osób z zaburzeniami psychicznymi z terenu Gdyni, dalej zwanych „Usługami”, określonych w ustawie z dnia 12 marca 2004 r. o pomocy społecznej oraz rozporządzeniu Ministra Polityki Społecznej z dnia z dnia 22 września 2005r. w sprawie specjalistycznych usług opiekuńczych, w następujących obszarach działania (w swz). Usługi świadczone będą w wymiarze maksymalnym 99 600 godzin w czasie trwania umowy, na rzecz około 125 osób miesięcznie, wskazanych przez Zamawiającego, 7 dni w tygodniu w godzinach od 7:00 do 21:00.W tym szacuje się ilość godzin w 2022 rok - 58 100 godzin, natomiast w 2023 rok - 41 500 godzin. Taką ilość godzin przyjmuje się na potrzeby wyliczenia ceny ofertowej. Przy czym pod pojęciem wymiaru godzin świadczenia Usług, należy rozumieć wyłącznie rzeczywisty czas świadczenia Usług. Zamawiający pod pojęciem godziny rozumie godzinę zegarową tj. 60 minut.
