Description

Collection and management of municipal waste from the city of Dęblin.
(1) The subject matter of the contract is:
(a) collecting and managing municipal waste from properties in which residents live, situated within the administrative boundaries of the City of Dęblin, in such a way as to ensure that adequate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery are achieved by other methods and that the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill is limited, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13.9.1996.

and order in Dęblin, adopted by Dęblin City Council Resolution No XXXIX/210/2012 of 28.12.2012 on the rules governing cleanliness
and order in the city of Dęblin,
(b) furnishing of residential properties:
— in a single-family building – in bags for the separate collection of raw materials and glass,
— in multi-dwelling housing, in containers for the separate collection of raw materials and glass and keeping these containers in good order and technical condition,
(C) providing containers (bags, containers) for the separate collection of chemicals and construction and repair waste.
(2) A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract is set out in Annex 1 to the ToR.
