Market Consultation Contract Catering Framework Agreement
Before the European tender for catering is published under a framework agreement, the COA conducts a written market consultation. The purpose of the market consultation is to test the Program of Requirements and the Price Sheet with market parties. The COA asks market parties to provide written feedback on the Programme of Requirements, the Prices Sheet and to answer the questions included in Chapter 5 of the Market Consultation Document. Market parties may submit questions, comments and additions in accordance with Annex I - Questions format. In addition to the written market consultation, the COA organizes an explanatory meeting in which the COA provides an explanation of the Program of Requirements, the Prices Sheet and the Market Consultation Document. The presentation will take place on Wednesday 4 December 2024 at 15:00 at Joseph Haydnlaan 2, 3533 AE Utrecht. By Tuesday 3 December 2024 at 3 p.m. at the latest, you must register via the message module in TenderNed to participate in the explanation meeting. For the registration, you must indicate which persons are participating in the meeting on behalf of your organization.No questions may be asked during the explanation meeting. Market parties have until 10 a.m. on 11 December 2024 at the latest to ask questions in writing via the TenderNed message module.
