The contract consists in the demolition of two existing residential buildings and utility rooms and in this place the construction of a new multi-room residential building with underground parking and installations: water and sewage, central heating, electric, teletechnical, mechanical, photovoltaic ventilation along with external sections of internal water installations, sanitary sewerage, electrics with land lighting, rainwater sewerage and land development: internal roads, sidewalks, parking spaces for passenger cars, reconstruction of the heating network colliding with the building, construction of water supply, sewage, teletechnical connections, rainwater sewerage. The building, consisting of three L-shaped segments, has 88 residential units, 43 underground parking spaces and 76 parking spaces in the above-ground car park.
