Description

DB InfraGo AG is planning to build a replacement building. The measure serves to ensure the continued availability of the train formation, cleaning and refuelling system in the southeastern apron of Hamburg Central Station and east of the line 1250. The EÜ Amsinckstraße is the only connection between Hamburg Central Station and the associated parking facilities. The total investment for this project is estimated at EUR 80.424 million. Of this, approximately EUR 8.6 million has already been settled through an existing contract. The newly advertised insurance contract will replace the existing contract. A currently planned construction period until 10.09.2029 is expected. The insurance contract shall start from the date of the award of the contract following the completion of the tendering procedure, following a pre-existing insurance cover. (Type M) In liability insurance, the coverage amount per claim is EUR 25,000,000 for personal injury, property damage and pecuniary damage, including benefits from environmental liability insurance. In planning liability insurance, a separate cover amount of EUR 10,000,000 per claim is available as a lump sum for property damage and pecuniary damage. The aforementioned sums are triple maximized. Extended maintenance in the construction and assembly insurance part is 42 months. Subsequent liability amounts to 10 years in liability insurance, 5 years in environmental liability insurance and 5 years in environmental damage insurance. The general deductible is at least EUR 25,000. The deductible is not applicable for personal injury. Extended planning coverage is included in planning liability insurance. As part of the extended planning coverage, the deductible amounts to EUR 100,000.
