Description

The subject-matter of the contract is a hospital linen washing service and its supplementation.
A detailed description of the subject-matter of the contract, the scope of the service provided and the contracting authority’s requirements are described in Annex 1 to the specifications, which form an integral part thereof.
The contracting authority shall require the lodging of a security in the amount of: PLN 40000,00,
The contracting authority shall provide for a contract to be awarded on the basis of Article 67. 1 pt. (6) the Public Procurement Act, for a period of three years from the date of the award of the basic contract to an existing service contractor who recurs similar services compatible with its subject matter, with a maximum value of: PLN 1315000,00 net.
