NPO has determined the following purchasing strategy for publishing Audio. Publishing audio focuses on broadcasting radio on FM, DAB+, streams and publishing audio content to online channels. It is important for the NPO that a limited number of suppliers are involved in the entire audio publication chain. The NPO prefers one contracting party who is primarily responsible for the provision of audio services. This party assumes responsibility for the publication processes for audio and video content associated with audio processes in the event of disruptions and necessary changes, even if not all parts have been contracted with this party. It is of course allowed to offer in combination with a subcontractor. Given the changing environment and the financial pressure on the Public Broadcasting, the NPO does not necessarily want to commit itself to large-scale renewals / or replacement processes within the Audio Services.
