Description

The City of Frankfurt am Main intends to further develop the Schwanthaler-/Textorschule and the Holbeinschule in Sachsenhausen into the newly founded Integrated Comprehensive School South (IGS Süd) for 600 pupils. The school location is divided into two plots. The northern part of the property is located between Schwanthalerstraße and Textorstraße, the southern part of the property is flanked to the west by Holbeinstraße and to the east by Oppenheimer Landstraße. The project is being developed in cooperation with the City of Frankfurt and the Montag Foundation for Youth and Society. The subject of this call for tenders is the award of planning services in a total of six lots: - Lot 1: Technical equipment planning I, plant groups 1-3, 8 - Lot 2: Technical equipment II, plant groups 4-6 - Lot 3: Technical equipment III, plant group 7 - Kitchen equipment - Lot 4: Property planning interiors, scientific rooms - Lot 5: Structural engineering, development - Lot 6: Technical planning Building physics, thermal insulation and energy balancing The contract for the tendered services is carried out in stages. The aim is to start planning immediately after the award of the contract.
