1.The subject of the order is the purchase of a backhoe - loader and wheel excavator (divided into parts), i.e.: (1) Part I: purchase of backhoe loader 2) part II: Buying a wheel excavator 2. The task will be carried out as part of the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme. 3. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the procurement procedure in the event that public funds from the Civil Protection and Civil Defence Programme, which the Contracting Authority intended to allocate to finance the contract, are not granted to it (Article 310 of the Act). 4. The evidence in question: 1.The contracting authority requires the submission of the evidence in question, i.e. the description of the backhoe, loader and wheeled excavator offered respectively, containing at least the name, technical parameters, equipment and other information (in order to determine compliance with the description of the subject of the contract contained in Annex 5 to the FTZ, respectively). 2.Pursuant to Art. 2 of the Act, if the contractor fails to submit the measures of evidence in question or the measures of evidence in question are incomplete, the contracting authority will call for them to be submitted or supplemented within the prescribed time limit, subject to Art. 3 of the Act.
