Ecetia souhaite mettre en place un accord-cadre multi-attributaires permettant d’assurer, de manière flexible et récurrente, la réalisation de missions variées liées à l’énergie. L’Accord-cadre a pour objet la réalisation notamment des missions suivantes : Cadastre énergétique ; Quickscan énergétique ; Audit énergétique ; Étude d’opportunité ; Stratégie immobilière ; Étude monitoring EMS ; Passation marché public EMS ; Assistance à la désignation d’un auteur de projet ou d’un marché design & build ; Assistance au maître d’ouvrage pour le suivi global du projet ; Certification énergétique des bâtiments publics ; Missions d’appui technique ponctuelles.
