Description

De gemeente is op zoek naar één opdrachtnemer voor het leveren en implementeren van een ITSM-applicatie. De opdracht betreft een raamovereenkomst. De ITSM applicatie zal door alle 650 medewerkers van de gemeente Zeist worden gebruikt waaronder 65 behandelaars van de meldingen en 25 medewerkers die aanvragen kunnen accorderen. Onze verwachting is dat een ITSM-applicatie gemiddeld 45.000 euro per jaar zal kosten. Om deze reden hanteren we een maximale waarde van de raamovereenkomst van 550.000 euro (rekening houdend met indexatie en de mogelijkheid tot het afnemen van een contractmanagementmodule, exclusief implementatiekosten).
