The subject of the contract is, in particular, the provision and procurement of meals for patients of the contracting authority, including its transport to the relevant department for a period of 48 months. In view of the fact that the contracting authority does not have its own catering business, it also requires the tenderer to provide meals for its staff to the extent that lunches and dinners are provided. Employees will order lunches and dinners separately via the ordering system (via employee cards or online) in advance, but no later than 07:30 a.m. of the relevant day. They will also pay for these food units themselves. Only catering for patients is included in the estimated contract value.
