Description

In accordance with Article 8(1) and (2) of the BayÖPNVG in conjunction with Paragraph 8a of the PBefG and Article 2(c) of Regulation (EC) No 1370/2007, the district of Traunstein intends to award a public service contract (ÖDA) for public passenger transport services by motor vehicle pursuant to Paragraph 2(1) of the PBefG for lines 9505, 9509 and 9520. The ODA is to be granted for a period of five years. The proposed ÖDA covers all public passenger transport services on lines 9505, 9509 and 9520 in the district of Traunstein and in the district of Rosenheim in accordance with the supplementary document to this pre-notification. The ÖDA relate to public transport services within the meaning of Article 1 of the BayÖPNVG and Paragraph 8 of the PBefG. The operator must have authorisations to operate the scheduled service to be awarded in accordance with Section 42 of the PBefG at the latest when commencing traffic.
