Description

1. During the execution of the contract, natural gas should be delivered to the Complex for Social Services for Homeless Persons and Families, Varna, 7, Petko Staynov Str., floor 1, in estimated quantities of 195.40 / hnm3/ for a period of 24 months. 2. Term of the contract / term of execution - 24 months from the date of conclusion of the contract or until the exhaustion of the financial resource. The contract enters into force after the expiry of contract No D23001817H/16.10.2023. 3. Mode of award: performance shall commence on the date of conclusion of the contract. 4. Place of performance: from the provider to the Social Services Complex for the Homeless and Families at: Varna, 7 Petko Staynov Street, floor 1. Commercial measuring device: Mechanical flowmeter - 21002879 Flowmeter type - DRESSER IMRM, CF 500 TP Receiver: Marko Markov – Manager of PVNBSSL tel. 0896 750 974, e_mail: pvn_varna@abv.bg 5. Funding for implementation will be implemented with funds from the budget of the Complex for Social Services for the Homeless and Families for the respective year. 6. Control over the implementation of the contract: Director of the Complex for Social Services for Homeless People and Families. 7. Payment will be made on the basis of an invoice and a monthly act based on the amount of natural gas consumed, by bank transfer. 8. Reporting/acceptance of the activities covered by the contract: The quantity of natural gas consumed during the relevant month by the site shall be established by a signed monthly act on the first working day after the end of the month of delivery, for each month of the term of the contract.
