Description

The purpose of this award procedure is to procure Components for the BPM System in accordance with the requirements of the tender specifications. The components that will eventually function as the BPM System, together with other components owned by the contracting authority, control the settings of the individual focusing and steering elements (e.g. quadrupole and direction magnets) in the electron beam line and are essential for the correction of the electron beam focus, thus reaching the parameters specified in the VEGA TDR. Pursuant to Article 160 of Law No 98/2016, as amended, interested economic operators will request clarifications or additional information in relation to the tender documentation up to 20 days before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification/additional information sent by economic operators on the 12th day before the deadline for submission of tenders, in accordance with Article 161 of Law No 98/2016, as amended, in conjunction with Article 27(3) of Government Decision No 395/2016, as amended.
