Description

The aim of the Energy Export Initiative of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection (BMWK) is to support German companies (UN) from the climate-friendly energy sector in entering the market abroad and to disseminate German products and services internationally. In order to prepare the market for the sale of German products and services in the context of climate-friendly energy solutions, information trips (IR) to Germany are offered in selected destination countries for foreign decision-makers. During their stay in Germany, the foreign TN from business, politics and administration visit concrete reference projects and plants as well as institutions and companies that offer energy solutions in the areas of renewable energies, energy efficiency, smart grids or storage. As a result, fact-finding missions aim to establish contacts and impart knowledge in order to create the most favourable conditions in the target countries for the demand for and use of climate-friendly energy solutions. Within the framework of diversified and moderated subject-related kick-off and networking events as well as company visits or property visits in Germany, the interested decision-makers are provided with specific subject-related information about the German market and the respective industry by experts from business, science, administration, associations, institutions and other multipliers.
