Předmětem plnění této veřejné zakázky jsou průběžné dodávky zaváděcích katétrů, a to v rozsahu dle Přílohy č. 1 Kupní smlouvy – Seznam zboží s jednotkovými cenami a Přílohy č. 2 Kupní smlouvy - Smlouva o zřízení a vedení konsignačního skladu. Předmět plnění veřejné zakázky je dále vymezen v Příloze č. 2 zadávací dokumentace – Technická specifikace předmětu plnění a v Příloze č. 3 zadávací dokumentace – Informační a cenová tabulka.
