VgV Fachplanung TGA (ELT)- New building fire brigade Neustetten
The municipality of Neustetten intends to build a new central fire station to replace the three existing fire brigade magazines in Remmingsheim, Nellingsheim and Wol-fenhausen. The new, joint location offers the opportunity to create optimal conditions with regard to equipment, premises, personnel and vehicles and thus to ensure a permanent guarantee of an efficient volunteer fire brigade. The new fire station with its infrastructural significance and the neighbouring Stäb-lehalle form an important urban development focus in the industrial area. For this purpose, the municipality of Neustetten has held a competition for architects and landscape architects. The subsequent VgV procedure has not yet been completed. For the services of the technical planning TGA according to §§ 53, 55 HOAI ALG 4+5 (electric), LPH 1-8, +9, a suitable engineering office is sought. The planning of the photovoltaic system is also part of the technical planning TGA (ELT). The assignment should be carried out in stages. There is no legal claim to the further commissioning of the subsequent performance level. The technical planning TGA (HLS) is the subject of a separate contract notice. Negotiations are expected to take place on 7 May 2025 (full day). For more information, see point 5.1.
