Objectives of the contract: To supply the necessary spare parts for IGB (Interconnector Greece-Bulgaria), operated by the company ICGB AD. Scope of the contract: ‘Supply of spare parts for Masoneilan valves for the IGB pipeline’. The scope of the contract includes: Main quantities of spare parts – according to the Technical Specification; b. Option: additional quantities of the types of spare parts according to the Technical Specification – up to 10% of the estimated value of the basic volume. The option is an option for the Employer, but he has no obligation to assign it. The award may be made within 12 months of the conclusion of the Contract. Delivery time: up to 52 weeks from the date of entry into force of the contract. More than one delivery is allowed within the delivery period. 1. if any of the parts are available. Between the date of manufacture and the date of delivery of the respective spare parts, there should be no more than 3 /three/ months elapsed. Place of delivery: ICGB Dispatch Centre in Haskovo, Republic of Bulgaria. Spare parts shall meet all the requirements of the Contracting Authority specified in the technical specification. Accessories and consumables shall be supplied where they are necessary for the purpose of direct installation and subsequent operation as required by the manufacturer of the relevant spare part and shall be subject to the performance requirements specified by the manufacturer. All products must be new, unused and must not be manufactured using recycled parts, parts, assemblies or aggregates. The goods must not be a zero series or an experimental specimen.
