Description

Er is geen sprake van een verzoek tot inschrijving. Dit betreft een aankondiging in geval van vrijwillige transparantie vooraf, op grond van art. 3.36 van de Aanbestedingswet. Hierbij wordt een bezwaartermijn van 20 kalenderdagen in acht genomen, ingaande op de dag van publicatie. ProRail is voornemens om een contract met PSI AG te sluiten voor het Beheer en Onderhouden van het bestaande OBI Monitoring systeem. Het OBI systeem (Operationeel Besturingscentrum Infra) is een geïntegreerde oplossing voor het monitoren, bewaken en bedienen van spoorse assets. Het betreffen de spoorse assets ten behoeve van Energievoorziening (EV) en Tunneltechnische installaties (TTI). Dit systeem is in 2011 aangeschaft en het beheer en onderhoud loopt tot oktober 2026. De looptijd van de af te sluiten overeenkomst is 8 tot max. 20 jaar. Een verdere toelichting vindt u in de bijlage. Onderhoud en beheer €466k per jaar
