Description

1. These proceedings are conducted under the open tender procedure referred to in Article 132 of the Public Procurement Act. 2. The procedure is conducted using the Purchasing Platform located at the following address: https://www.platformazakupowa.pl/pn/szpitalepomorskie 3. Any changes and explanations of the content of the FTZ and other procurement documents directly related to the procurement procedure will be published on the website provided in point 2. 4. Pursuant to the condition contained in Art. 4 of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority set a deadline for submitting tenders shorter by 5 days than specified in Article 138 sec. 1 of the PPL Act. The shortening of the deadline for the submission of tenders is justified because the entire procedure with the submission of tenders is carried out using electronic means of communication in the manner specified in Art. 1 of the PPL Act. 5. Pursuant to Article 257 of the Public Procurement Act, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to cancel the procedure if the public funds that the Contracting Authority intends to allocate to finance the contract in question are not granted to it.
