Description

the OEuvre Management Competition is being organised for the reconstruction in nine of an EHPAD of 169 beds and places, with an SSIAD for 40 beneficiaries, in the municipality of Conches-en-Ouche.
The current Ehpad de Conches-En-Ouche wishes to diversify its reception capacity in order to provide a high-quality place for dependent elderly people. To meet these objectives, the institution commits to the construction of a new EHPAD of 169 beds and places comprising 92 ‘all dependencies’ accommodation beds, 26 disoriented elderly accommodation beds (UPAD), 27 beds for people with ageing disabilities (Uphv) and 24 day-care places divided into a Pôle d’activités et de soins (Pasa) and an Alzheimer day-care centre (Caja). The future establishment also hosts an Infirmiers Soins Service in Domicily (Ssiad) for the care of 40 beneficiaries.
The site selected for construction is located in the municipality of Conches-En-Ouche, on a plot of approximately 32 000 square metres.
The total estimated surface area of the project has not yet been completely halted but will be in the order of 9 000 square metres.
This project incorporates an environmental approach based on the Habitat and Environment framework for EHPAD, the management of which will be responsible for management;
The construction site period is estimated at a total of 20 months, including preparation, reception and periods of leave and bad weather.
