Description

1. The subject of the contract is the successive delivery of shirts for employees of the State Forests specified in the description of the subject of the contract. The scope of the contract includes: 1) Women's shirt with short sleeves in white with signs – 500 pieces – is Annex 1 to DGLP Order No 52 of 23 June 2025 2) Men's shirt with short sleeves in white with signs – 1 000 pieces – is Annex 2 to DGLP Order No 52 of 23 June 2025 3) Women's shirt with long sleeves in white – 500 pieces – is Annex 5 to DGLP Order No 53 of 23 June 2025 4) Men's shirt with long sleeves in white – 1 000 pieces – is Annex 6 to DGLP Order No 53 of 23 June 2025 5) Women's shirt with short sleeves in olive colour with signs – 300 pieces – is Annex 5 to DGLP Order No 52 of 23 June 2025 6) Men's shirt with short sleeves in olive colour with signs – 1 000 pieces – is Annex 5 to DGLP Order No 52 of 23 June 2025 6) Annex 6 to DGLP Order No 52 of 23 June 2025 7) Women’s long-sleeved shirt in olive colour with signs – 300 pieces – is Annex 3 to DGLP Order No 52 of 23 June 2025 8) Men’s long-sleeved shirt in olive colour with signs – 1 000 pieces – is Annex 4 to DGLP Order No 52 of 23 June 2025 2. The technical and technological documentation is set out in Annex 9. 3. Tailor-made shirts represent up to 5% of the amount of each item given in the assortment and price form. 4. Measuring sewing – up to 20 working days.
