Award procedure for the operation of a rescue helicopter Chr. Odenwald at the Ravenstein site
The Land of Baden-Württemberg, represented by the Ministry of the Interior, for Digitalisation and Europe, intends to entrust a suitable company with the implementation of air rescue at the Ravenstein site by granting a service concession in accordance with Section 4(2) of the RDG. The structural and needs analysis of air rescue in Baden-Württemberg of the Institute for Emergency Medicine and Medical Management – Klinikum der Universität München of May 2020 (hereinafter: ‘needs analysis’) provides for an additional air rescue device to close the identified supply gap in northern Baden-Württemberg, in the districts of Neckar-Odenwald-Kreis and Hohenlohekreis. The present proceedings are intended to meet this need by commissioning the RTH Christoph Odenwald. A negotiated procedure with participation competition is conducted in accordance with §§ 153, 154 GWB in conjunction with § 12 KonzVgV and on the basis of § 14(3) and § 17 VgV.
