— Einbau einer Sole/Wasser Wärmepumpe (100 kW) zum Heizen und Kühlen Neubau (Erdspeicher),
— Austausch bestehende Ölheizung, Umstellung auf Gas samt Verteilersanierung (Bestand),
— Wärme-/Kälteabgabe über FBHZ und Unterflurkonvektoren,
— Einbau mechanische Lüftung Allgemeinteil ca. 7 000 mÂ3/h und Küchenlüftung 5 000 mÂ3/h,
— Sanitäre Installation,
— Splitklima für EDV Räume – MSR.
