Kontrakten omhandler udvikling, distribution, vedligeholdelse og support til en løsning for et kulturpas for en målgruppe af unge brugere, der omfatter et digitalt og fysisk prepaid betalingskort til brugernes betaling til kulturinstitutioner med en tilhørende applikation til mobile enheder til brugerne og et administrationsmodul til brug for ordregiver m.fl. Der forventes udstedelse og administration af op til 50.000 betalingskort til brug i Danmark i perioden fra den 1. juli 2025 til den 31. december 2026. Der er tale om en forsøgsordning.
