Description

The consultation, divided into five lots, covered by separate contracts, covers the following services: MISSIONS OF PREALABLE DIAGNOSTICS AMIANTE, PLOMB, STATUS PARASITAIRE ET HAP IN THE HERITAGE BUILDING OF THE DEPARTMENT OF THE VAR Built heritage includes buildings, colleges and gymnasiums of the department of Var. The expected services consist of the realization of missions of identification, measurements and analyses of asbestos-containing materials, identification of leaded materials, parasitic condition of wood and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAH) prior to the realization of maintenance-maintenance work, major maintenance renewal or restructuring-partial or total rehabilitation. The services relating to spotting before work is carried out concern all buildings whose building permit was issued before 1 July 1997. These are intended to meet, on the one hand, our obligations to assess the risk under the Labour Code and the necessary information under the obligations of the Public Health Code. This is why the mission must comply in its entirety with standard NFX 46-020 in force at the time of the services and its interpretation booklet FD X46-041. Purchasing technique: Multi-contracts awarded on the basis of order forms shall be concluded in accordance with Article R. 2162-1. to R. 2162-6. - R. 2162-13. and R. 2162-14. of the CCP. Each contract will take the form of a single-awarded order form in the event that only one tender is submitted in respect of a lot, or that the other tenders are irregular, unacceptable or inappropriate. The buyer will select the three highest ranked candidates for each lot subject to a sufficient number of candidates and offers. A candidate may not be ranked first on more than two lots, but may be awarded all the lots to which he has submitted a tender. Thus, each tenderer must indicate in its tender the order of priority of the lots it wishes to be awarded. An example of the award of lots is included in the annex to the RC.
