The contracting authority pursuant to Art. 1 of the Public Procurement Act requires employment by the Contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the employment relationship of persons performing the activities specified by the contracting authority below in the scope of contract performance, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 - Labour Code (Journal of Laws No. Journal of Laws 2023, item 1465). If the policy presented by the Contractor does not cover the entire duration of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to present to the Ordering Party another insurance policy meeting the above requirements at the latest on the last day of the validity of the previous insurance contract. 7. The term of the contract for lots 1 to 10 is: 363 days from 02.01.2026 8. The Contracting Authority shall not require the lodging of a security for the proper performance of the contract.
