Le présent accord cadre à bons de commande concerne la réalisation de tout type d'étude de circulation (la liste suivante n'étant pas exhaustive) : - Études de carrefours (avec ou sans priorité TC), - Analyses de fonctionnement d'axe, - Études d'impacts (aménagement de voirie, création de ZAE…), - Amélioration d'axes TC, - Insertion d'aménagements cyclables, - Études de circulation phase chantier, - Plans de circulation, - Simulation dynamique. Le principe de ces études est d'établir un diagnostic qui permette de définir les enjeux puis de proposer des pistes d'actions
