The subject of the contract is the drafting of the basic and executive project of works, activities and facilities; the optional construction management, plus health and safety coordination, relating to the renovation of the s’Enclusa buildings, included in Annex I to the technical specifications, which contains the graphic description with measures and intended uses of the buildings that make up the military enclosure of s’Enclusa and the subject of the contract. The need for this contract is justified in the report issued by the island director of Tourism Promotion and European Funds of the Consell Insular de Menorca dated July 28, 2026 and which is transcribed in the specifications.
