Description

TPM is planning to carry out various operations to create or reclassify existing roads in the municipalities of Toulon and Revest. The framework agreement covers all studies and project management services relating to the operation and additional services connected with project management which prove necessary for the conduct of these projects. Framework agreement awarded to a maximum of 3 economic operators (subject to a sufficient number of tenders).
Total amount of services for the duration of the framework agreement:
Period 1: maximum (excl. tax) EUR 2 000 000,00 procedure subject to Articles 25-i.1o and Articles 67 to 68 and 78 and 79 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016. Duration of 4 years from the date of notification of the contract.
