Description

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the management of public transport buses belonging to PKM Katowice Sp. z o.o. 2. The subject of the contract should be performed in compliance with all the provisions in force in passenger transport in accordance with the Act on Drivers' Working Time of 16 April 2004 (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 220, as amended) and the Road Transport Act of 6 September 2001 (consolidated text: OJ Journal of Laws 2022, item 2201 as amended) and in accordance with the provisions set out in the Model Agreement, which constitutes Annex 4 to the SWZ.
