Długość sieci jest wartością przybliżoną, wynikającą z dokumentacji projektowej. Faktyczna długość rurociągu wynikać będzie z rzeczywistej konfiguracji terenu i warunków lokalnych prowadzonej inwestycji.
Przetarg przeprowadzony zostanie według zasad określonych w Regulaminie wewnętrznym udzielania zamówień publicznych Zamawiającego (w oparciu o Art.6a ustawy Prawo zamówień publicznych).
