Description

The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in Art. 1 point 1 of the Forests Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws Journal of Laws of 2025, item 567 – ‘Forests Act’) covering work on forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, seeds, nursery and fencing of forest crops in the Poddębice Forest District in 2026. The material scope of the subject-matter of the contract covers the total quantities of work on forest breeding and protection, fire protection, harvesting and harvesting of wood, nursery and fencing of forest crops, resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ. The material ranges set out in the annexes included in Annex 2 are indicative. Quality standards relating to all the essential characteristics of the subject-matter of the contract, descriptions of the codes of activities describing individual forest works (activities) and a description of the rules of the procedure for the acceptance of forest works are set out in Annex 3 to the FTZ.
