The Contractor/Supervisor shall ensure that the Technical Project is drawn up in accordance with the legal regulations in force, in compliance with all the stages of Government Decision No 907/2016 on the stages of preparation and the framework content of the technical and economic documentation relating to the objectives/projects of investment financed by public funds, as amended. Within the framework of the consultancy and supervision service in the field of execution management and for the verification of the execution of the construction and installation works related to the objective of ‘Modernisation of the Caransebeș – Timișoara – Arad railway line’, the Contractor will carry out coordination, consultancy and supervision activities. Lot 3 Timișoara Est – Ronaț Triaj, from km 568+399, of the line CF București – Jimbolia (indicative 100) to the station Timișoara Nord, followed by the line CF Timișoara – Arad (indicative 218) from km 0+000 to km 008+183 (the exit signal from Ronaţ Triaj Gr.
